In Bruges

For a friend’s enterrement de vie de jeune fille (bachelorette party), we surprised her with a weekend in Bruges, Belgium.

We didn’t really do the classic bachelorette party stuff since our friend was not into that kind of thing, plus there was one guy with us. So it turned out to be quite a nice relaxing tourist-y weekend. We tried the local cuisine (mostly frites – fries, waffles  and chocolates) and went around town like normal tourists do.

Don’t forget the beer. This was after all a bachelorette party.

We also took a boat tour around the city. The architecture and the canals sort of remind me of Amsterdam a bit.
