Oh pate de Speculoos, why must you be so freakin’ yummy??!!

I usually use Speculoos biscuits as the base for my cheesecake. They’re nice and cinnamon-y, tastier than graham crackers. I grind them up and pour melted butter over them to create a nice buttery cinnamon-y crunchy chewy base.

And then there’s the pate de Speculoos. Like Nutella and peanut butter, it is very addictive. It’s like eating a big pot of cheesecake base. Plus, it’s very good smeared on bananas. I heart it.

Although my doctor’s not gonna like this one bit!
